The Thermovibe pad that comes with the Lastrap Ankle Support gently warms up from the heat in your ankle. It then helps to keep the ankle from getting too hot or too cold. It can also be frozen to help with swelling. When combined, these three methods of reducing ankle pain are incredibly effective.

Some people prefer to put the Thermovibe pad in the fridge and cool it before inserting it into the Lastrap Ankle Support, cooling the area is also an accepted method of reducing pain.
