Cold Compress: Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least two and a half hours. Use frozen to reduce fevers, swelling, bruising, sports injuries and sunburn relief.

Warm Comforter: Simply heat in a microwave for 1 minute then apply the soft pliable wheat bags to the affected area. Impregnated with pure Lavender flowers, when used hot they can be used for Arthritis and Aching Joints, Sprains and Strains, Menstrual Pains and to aid sleep and stress.

Directions & Warnings: On first use some excess moisture may be present. To remove place pack on a warm surface such as a radiator or storage heater. The heat pack should not be used if excessive moisture can be felt to touch. Remove packaging and place Heat Pack in a domestic microwave oven, ensure clean & free from debris. Heating should be carried out under adult supervision. Never leave your Heat Pack unattended during heating, or exceed the heating time of 1 minute in a microwave oven of up to 1,000 watts. Shake pack to redistribute contents after heating. Do not heat in a conventional oven. Your heat cushion may be used as often as required providing it is allowed to cool fully between uses. Allow to cool before storing. Please note the temperature reached by the product may vary depending upon the starting temperature and moisture content. The performance may change after repeated use. Inspect regularly and if worn or damaged please dispose of sensibly in accordance with local regulations. May not be suitable for wheat allergy sufferers. Do not place next to sensitive skin or open wounds.
