EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) is the process by which electrical impulses are used to contract and relax muscles to induce ‘passive’ exercise. It can be used to treat and prevent the degeneration of muscles, and is a safe and effective method for selective muscle training as an aid to physical exercise.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) produces small electrical pulses through the skin to the underlying peripheral nerves providing pain relief.
